Leadership is changing and we are exploring how. In our very first masterclass, Marcus Raitner discusses the most important differences between leadership yesterday and tomorrow: Among other things, we will be speaking about purpose and trust, about diversity and empathy.

Marcus is convinced that it's possible to teach elephants how to dance. Since 2015 he has been supporting the BMW Group IT on their journey to an agile organisation. He has hMarcus ist überzeugt, dass Elefanten tanzen können. He has his own blog and has just published his Manifesto of New Leadership.

Understanding motives. Leading different types of people.

If leadership is about empowering others to be their best and to provide a framework for outstanding performance, then the following must be crucial: What is it that drives every individual? What do my team members need in order to feel motivated and rewarded? We are discussing human motivation with Susanne Westphal.

Susanne has been a consultant, trainer and executive coach for the past 20 years. She is the founder of the Institut fuer Arbeitslust. Her motto: Enjoying every minute to create outstanding results.

Remote Leadership

Leading a virtual team is just like leading a co-located team. Except for one thing: All aspects of teamwork have to be considered intentionally. Simon Deeley points out the most crucial aspects and provides practical tipps. In English.

Dorothee is all about creating awareness of the consequences of digitalisation for companies, the administration and society. In the past, she followed that purpose as Digital Advisor for IBM or Director of Digitalisation for the Boysen Group. Today, she is a keynote speaker, lecturer and facilitator.
