Monthly Call with Kathrin Kroenig

The aim of the Leadership Journey is to strengthen you, to accompany your development and to support you in creating with joy.

The Call for Women Leaders is a monthly call in which we a) set impulses around the topic of female leadership b) discuss specific challenges and c) expand your network.

The Call takes place every second Thursday of the month - alternating between a "Morning Call" (09:00 - 10:30 am) and an "Evening Call" (19:30 - 21:00), so that you can choose the time of day that suits you best.

The first 60 minutes are either a short impulse on a topic related to women leadership, which we then discuss in breakout groups, or a peer coaching session in which you can work on your own challenges with a partner. The last 30 minutes are reserved for networking.

About Kathrin

Kathrin is an organisational psychologist and co-founder of Intao. Her entire career - be it as employee in HR Development, as coach or now as entrepreneur - has been about people as the key factor of company success. She is building bridges between the old and the new world of work. Her core areas of expertise are leadership, change and the future of learning.
