Emotions have a significant influence on our well-being. When you get right down to it, our state of well-being - apart from physical (dis-) comfort - is identical to our emotional state.

It should be self-evident that we learn to influence our emotions. Unfortunately, schools don't yet have the subject 'Emotion Management'.
