We are all aware that organisations, and therefore leadership, are changing. Leadership is no longer just a formal role, the days when managers were the strongest experts and simply made all the important decisions are over.

In a world that is constantly changing, it is crucial to have a clear vision and mission. Leaders are faced with the challenge of taking responsibility not only for shaping the destination, but also for shaping the path to it - in various roles in daily life.

'On a Mission' is our training for all those who strive to be true shapers, to find a clear direction in their professional and personal lives and thus become effective.

The Process

Labs run over two weeks.
The preparation video is followed by a three-hour workshop where we interactively practice the core aspects. Afterwards, you will receive Sparks over two weeks to integrate what you have learned. At the end, you have the opportunity to reflect on your experience and clarify any final questions in a Follow-up session.
