Sprint
Co-creative Leadership.
How effective cooperation can succeed
under complex conditions.
Sprint with Katja Hennecke.
True collaboration is undoubtedly one of the most important success factors for today's organisations and teams.
As soon as several people get together to do something, they start to organise themselves. And they manage to coordinate themselves in some way quite quickly. With simple, manageable or well-plannable tasks, this is usually quite feasible.
The challenges we face today can no longer be met by simple coordination and cooperation. Tasks can rarely be fulfilled in a delimited way. We experience every day that everything is somehow interrelated and that one person alone can no longer keep track of the complexity.
So we have to approach things differently - the network and the interaction of the different elements need other ways of thinking and a new approach.
And this is where co-creative leadership comes into play.
- 29 days on the topic of co-creative leadership
- Four interactive workshops with Katja
- A short daily impulse via the Intao App
- Exchange of experiences and contact with Katja via the digital community

Co-creative leadership tries to look at the intertwined whole, to connect the interests of the overarching whole with individual interests. We use the diversity and difference of the participants and try to get the best out of the interaction of the different perspectives in terms of the overarching purpose / goal.
With this attitude of co-creative leadership, it is possible to create genuine commitment among the participants, to strive for the best way, to trigger a desire for results, to mobilise self-organisation and to develop joy in being part of a future movement.
In an atmosphere of co-creative leadership, those involved are inspired to work towards an emotionally compelling goal. Co-creative teams are masters of relationship management and create a context of trust and continuity. They deal with conflicts and crises constructively and know that these are in fact often opportunities for innovation. They consistently implement agreed measures.
Co-creative leadership is the ability of a collective of actors to manage change for the benefit of a greater whole.
