Monthly Call with Kathrin Kroenig

Many leadership questions are not about knowledge at all, but simply about actively dealing with the situation.

Every second Wednesday of the month we therefore offer a facilitated peer coaching session in German from 01:00-02:00 p.m. and every third Thursday of the month from 03:00-04:00 p.m. in English.

During the 60 minutes you will work with a sparring partner on a current situation that you would like to think through or change. In the process, you will meet new people from the community, expand your network and develop your coaching skills.

About Kathrin

Kathrin is an organisational psychologist and co-founder of Intao. Her entire career - be it as employee in HR Development, as coach or now as entrepreneur - has been about people as the key factor of company success. She is building bridges between the old and the new world of work. Her core areas of expertise are leadership, change and the future of learning.
