C.O.R.E.: Creating psychological safety.
The core of high-performance and

highly developed teams.

Lab with Ruth Maier-Hamberger.

In a world characterised by constant change and growing challenges, psychological safety has become more than ever an indispensable cornerstone for the success of teams. Why? A lack of psychological safety means that people don't feel they belong, commitment drops, individual learning lags behind - as do important strategic developments. This has already led companies to the breaking point.

Are you ready to create a work environment where your employees feel safe to express their ideas, take risks and develop innovative solutions?

Our C.O.R.E model shows you how to create a path to psychological safety for your team, with more connection, openness, willingness to learn and empowerment.

Your Benefit

  • You know the basics of psychological safety and why it is crucial for the success of your organisation
  • You are familiar with the four developmental stages of psychological safety
  • You understand the impact your behaviours have on psychological safety in the team
  • You are familiar with proven methods and strategies to create a culture of openness, trust and support
  • You plan concrete measures that you can take as a manager to promote psychological safety in your team

The Content

  • The levels of psychological safety
  • "Connect": Promoting inclusion and connections between team members
  • "Openness: Creating space for openness, questions and honest dialogue
  • "Resolve: developing an environment where failures are seen as opportunities for growth and learning
  • "Empowerment: empowering individuals to contribute effectively to the success of the team and challenge the status quo
  • Interactive exercises allow you to develop and practice practical skills to promote psychological safety

The Process

Labs run over two weeks.
The preparation video is followed by a three-hour workshop where we interactively practice the core aspects. Afterwards, you will receive Sparks over two weeks to integrate what you have learned. At the end, you have the opportunity to reflect on your experience and clarify any final questions in a Follow-up session.
