Lab

Focus Focus Focus...
Clarity and Productivity.

Lab with Martin Pröstler.

At any given time, more than 1 million impulses are flooding in. We can really process about 40 of them. Yes, really, only 40!
When we work on the computer, we are interrupted approximately every 40 seconds. Almost every task, however, would need a longer period of concentration in order to be adequately processed by us. So our attention is probably the most valuable currency of our time.

Conscious focus not only contributes to higher productivity, but also to greater well-being. This lab is about both.

Your benefits

  • Clearer priorities
  • More conscious use of your attention
  • An increased sense of productivity
  • Two weeks of consciously working on what you want to focus on.
  • Two interactive workshops with Martin

The Process

Labs take two weeks.
The preparation video is followed by a three-hour workshop where we interactively practice the core aspects. Afterwards, you will receive Sparks over two weeks to integrate what you have learned. At the end, you have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences and clarify any final questions in a Q&A session.
