Effectuation!
Managing under uncertainty.
Lab with Susanne Neunes
Do you want to make decisions quickly, even when circumstances are constantly changing? Do you want to remain capable of acting even when resources are limited and goals are unclear? Then you should get to know Effectuation.
Effectuation is a tried-and-tested decision-making and action logic based on the experience of successful entrepreneurs. It is perfect for acting effectively in dynamic and unpredictable situations.
In this Effectuation Lab, we offer you fresh and effective ideas that will help you to take action despite an uncertain future.
- Two weeks of conscious work on being able to act despite an uncertain future
- Two interactive workshops with Susanne
- A short daily impulse via the Intao App
Next Lab: - December 2, 2024|01:00 pm CET|in German

- You will receive practical exercises to strengthen your 'change flexibility competence'
The Content
- The 'urn experiment' by Nobel Prize-winning economist Frank Knight from 1921

- What does this mean in concrete terms for day-to-day business?
The Process
Labs run over two weeks. The preparation video is followed by a three-hour workshop where we interactively practice the core aspects. Afterwards, you will receive Sparks over two weeks to integrate what you have learned. At the end, you have the opportunity to reflect on your experience and clarify any final questions in a Follow-up session.
