My name is Susanne Neunes, and as an organizational developer and innovation facilitator, I drive change, primarily in SMEs. I have over two decades of experience working with people and hold a degree in social pedagogy.

After various positions in youth welfare and training as a systemic consultant with a focus on organizational development, I transitioned to occupational mental health in 2011, moving into employee and leadership consulting within a corporate environment. Working with people at various hierarchical levels, I increasingly realized, amidst the early efforts of digital transformation, that more is needed than simply providing people with new tools and methods. To succeed in the market, we need individuals who engage and take initiative. It requires the whole person, and the conditions that either expand or limit the invitations to shape the future.

In the following years, I completed several additional trainings in agile and systemic theory contexts, as well as hypnosystemic training with Gunther Schmidt and certification as an Effectuation Expert.

Since 2018, I have been working as a freelancer, guiding organizations through transformative changes. My goal is to bring people together and create conditions where they can explore new ground together. For this, I use formats such as the "Marketplace of Makers," "Entrepreneurial Cooking" (cooking together without a recipe, using available ingredients), and 3D Worlds. In all formats, Effectuation principles are applied and made tangible.

Additionally, alongside these experiential formats, I use coaching and supervision to address and make tangible future topics such as servant leadership, self-organization, decision-making processes, emotions, conflicts, and maintaining focus.
