Lab

Innovation culture via Design Thinking.
Find new solutions and improvements.

Lab with Nicole Schober.

Innovation and continuous learning are essential for success in our fast and complex world. We need (and want) to find new solutions and improvements together, to develop ourselves.

The classical buzzwords such as mindset or even a culture of mistakes are not to be missed. And at the same time, everyone knows the challenges when it comes to building a culture of innovation in their own team.

The principles and methods of design thinking are powerful tools for practising innovative thinking together with groups. And they do so with creative ease and a clear focus on solutions.

In this lab, we will get to know the basic principles of design thinking and try out some of the methods ourselves. As an example, we will take the question "How do we enhance the culture of innovation in the team" and learn on two levels. On the one hand, which principles and topics are important and on the other hand, very practically oriented, which methods are available and how do I use them.

After this lab, you will have an understanding of the principles of design thinking and know some methods that you can use to moderate the joint development of solutions.
