Thinking Trap Alert!
The art of recognizing and letting go
of unhelpful thought patterns.

Lab with Ruth Maier-Hamberger

Have you ever wondered why it’s sometimes so hard to shake off negative thoughts? It starts with the fact that we don’t always recognize patterns of thinking that cause us effort or stress. Often, we accept them as given and inevitable. And so they become invisible barriers that hinder your success and well-being.

Recognizing and changing these patterns is crucial – and yes, it’s easier said than done. Our thought patterns are often deeply ingrained and unconscious, making the process of dealing with them both important and challenging.

Embark on the adventure of discovering thought patterns that aren’t serving you – and find out how you can handle them!

Your Benefit

  • You learn how your thoughts influence your decisions and behavior.
  • You become familiar with common unhelpful thought patterns and know how to identify them.
  • You gain practical strategies to manage unhelpful thought patterns.
  • You understand how to establish helpful thought patterns.
  • You enhance your well-being, resilience, and leadership skills.

The Content

  • Overview of the most common unhelpful thought patterns (e.g., mind reading, catastrophizing, perfectionism)

The Process

Labs run over two weeks. The preparation video is followed by a three-hour workshop where we interactively practice the core aspects. Afterwards, you will receive Sparks over two weeks to integrate what you have learned. At the end, you have the opportunity to reflect on your experience and clarify any final questions in a Follow-up session.
