In our industry, where it's all about developing people, technology has traditionally played a very small role. That doesn't mean the era of digital transformation should come to a halt here. On the contrary, digitalisation integrates the process of personal learning and transformation into every day life, which makes a tremendous difference.

Today, the opportunity exists to re-invent how learning and development in organisations works. And we are on the case!

Companies should be productive, stimulating places, buzzing with ideas and people collaborating to achieve common goals, and Intao assists companies to become such places. Of course, it wouldn't be credible if we didn't walk the talk, so we model how work in a digital world can work. We're a remote team collaborating from wherever we currently reside – be it Thailand, the Peruvian jungle, Budapest, Berlin or Kassel. We have a clear focus on shaping the rituals, routines and processes, which make us feel connected as a team and create a culture where every one feels ownership of their work.

In our first careers, many of us were psychologists, coaches or trainers. We built Intao because we experienced e-learning as rigid, dry, uninspiring and unsuitable for personal development. 
The technology defined the learning process instead of the individual and their 'learner's mind' being the important factor.
Technology is not an end in itself, it's a vehicle, and our driver is making our app more and more individual and personal, so that one day, every learner can have their own personal digital mentor.
E-learning can be personal and emotional, and learning should be fun.

When it comes to digital transformation and the 'new work', there are no experts. There are only people who look to create new experiences, reflect on them and collaborate on new insights, models and best practices.
